Free email spam check

Are your emails landing in spam?

Type your email address or domain and see, in a few seconds, whether inboxes trust your email: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and more. We only read your public DNS records.

Free, in seconds. We only read your domain's public DNS records; we never log in to your email.

What we check

Four records every inbox reads.

A score from 0 to 100. 90 or higher is good, 50 to 89 needs work, under 50 means much of your email is at risk.

  • MX: can receive email

Where email for your domain is delivered, and which provider handles it.

  • SPF: who may send

The list of services allowed to send email as your domain, and whether it is set up correctly.

  • DKIM: email signature

The digital signature that proves your emails really came from you.

  • DMARC: stop fakes

The policy that tells Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo what to do with fake email using your name.

Why it matters

Email in spam costs you jobs.

  • Quotes that never arrive

Estimates, invoices and replies that land in spam cost you jobs, and you never find out.

  • Gmail and Yahoo got strict

They now check SPF, DKIM and DMARC on business email and filter email that fails.

  • Scammers can use your name

Without DMARC, anyone can send fake invoices that look like they came from your business.

Questions

About the email check.

Is the email spam check really free?

Yes. There is no card and no account. Your results show right away; the step-by-step fixes only ask for your name and email.

Do you need access to my email?

No. We only read your domain's public DNS records, the same records every mail server reads. We never log in, read your mail or send test emails.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

SPF lists the services allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to each email. DMARC tells inboxes what to do when an email fails those checks. Together they keep your email out of spam and stop others from faking your address.

Why does it say DKIM was not found when I set it up?

We look for DKIM under the names most providers use. Some providers use their own name, so if you set up DKIM yourself it may still be working. The fix steps explain how to check it with your provider.

Can WebsiteTek fix it for me?

Yes. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cPanel hosting and most other providers, then test that your emails reach the inbox. You get a fixed price in writing within one business day.

What happens to my information?

The domain you type is looked up in public DNS. If you unlock the fixes, we email you a copy and keep your name and contact details to reply to you, as our privacy policy explains. No newsletters, and we never sell or share your details.
