How much does a business website cost in Miami?

A custom business website from WebsiteTek costs $200 to $3,500, paid once. Launch (2-page landing page) is $200, Essentials (up to 5 pages) is $400, Growth (up to 10 pages) is $800, Professional (up to 30 pages) is $1,500, and Enterprise (up to 50 pages) is $2,000. Custom Build projects start at $3,500 and are quoted per project. There is no monthly retainer, and you get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts.

Is there a monthly fee for a WebsiteTek website?

No. The website is a one-time price with no required monthly fee. The optional Web Hosting + plan covers hosting, backups, updates, and 1 to 6 revisions a month for $15 to $40 a month depending on the package, paid 12 months up front ($180 to $480 a year). You can renew for another 12 months when your term ends, and all sales are final.

What payment methods does WebsiteTek accept, and when do I pay?

WebsiteTek accepts Zelle, credit card, and PayPal. The website is paid in two parts: 50% to start and 50% when the work is complete. We email the first invoice within one business day of your order, and nothing is charged until you pay it.

Does WebsiteTek offer refunds or a guarantee?

WebsiteTek does not offer refunds, and it guarantees your satisfaction with the finished website. You review the site on real screens, we refine it together until it is right, and nothing goes live without your approval. The same goes for Web Hosting +: it is paid 12 months up front, and all sales are final.

What does Web Hosting + include?

Every Web Hosting + plan covers the same 12 things. The price and the number of revisions a month (1 to 6) depend on your package: $15 to $40 a month, paid 12 months up front ($180 to $480 a year).

  • Website hosting included for your package + a free .com, .net, .org, or .biz domain for the first year (new customers who need one)
  • Our fastest, best-performing servers
  • Your own cPanel account
  • As many email accounts on your domain as your space allows
  • All the storage space your website needs
  • SSL certificate (always locked down)
  • Daily backups — restored the same day if needed
  • Security & software updates handled for you
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring + fast fixes
  • Quarterly speed & health tune-ups

How much does website hosting cost?

Hosting comes with Web Hosting +, $15 to $40 a month depending on your package, paid 12 months up front ($180 to $480 a year): our fastest servers, your own cPanel account, all the storage space your website needs, backups, updates, and 1 to 6 revisions a month. There is no separate hosting-only plan.

Does hosting include business email accounts?

Yes. Every Web Hosting + plan comes with your own cPanel account, where you can create as many email accounts on your domain as your storage space allows.

How much does SEO cost per month?

The WebsiteTek SEO plan is $100 a month, with no contract. It covers keyword updates, technical audits and fixes, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization. It is hands-on monthly management aimed at steady improvement in natural search, not overnight results.

Is there a contract or a long-term commitment?

Not for the website: it is a one-time price with a fixed quote in writing before work starts. Web Hosting + is optional and paid 12 months up front ($180 to $480 a year, by package), and you can renew for another 12 months when your term ends; all sales are final. The SEO plan is month to month, and you can cancel it anytime.

Timeline and process

How long does it take to build a business website?

Between 1 and 10 days, once we have your content. A Launch site goes live in 1 day, Essentials in 3 days, Growth in 5 days, Professional in 7 days, and Enterprise in 10 days. Online stores and Custom Build projects are scheduled in their quote.

What are the steps to get a website built?

There are 6 steps, in this order, starting with a short website brief you fill out before any call.

  1. Tell us about you: Before we get on the discovery call, please complete the website brief with all the details about you and your business: goals, pages, features, and timing.
  2. Discovery call: With your brief already in hand, a short conversation about your business, your customers, and what the site needs to do.
  3. Strategy and content: We map the pages, the messages, and the paths to a call or quote.
  4. Design: You see the home page first, on desktop and phone, and we refine it together.
  5. Build and test: We hand-code the approved design, connect forms and analytics, and test it on real phones, tablets, and desktops before you ever see a link.
  6. Launch and support: We launch on your domain, walk you through updates, and stay close after launch.

Can I order a website online without a call first?

Yes. Choose a package on the order page and tell us about your business. We email your invoice within one business day, and nothing is charged until you pay it. Once it is paid, we schedule a short call and you fill in your website brief. If you would rather talk first, ask for a free quote instead.

What do I need to provide before work starts?

A completed website brief, which takes 10 to 20 minutes: your business, goals, pages, features, and timing. We write the page copy from your notes and you approve every line. Real photos of your team and your work help, but they are not required.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

One structured revision round after the first build, plus the small tweaks that come up before launch. We stay in close contact during the build, so the first version you see is usually close to what you pictured.

Ownership and technology

Who owns the website, the domain, and the code?

You do. When the site is finished you own the domain, the design, and the code, and you keep full access to everything. That stays true whether or not you keep Web Hosting +.

Does WebsiteTek use templates or page builders?

No. Every site is custom-designed and hand-coded, with no templates and no page builders slowing it down. The one exception is WordPress, which we build only when a client asks for it.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. We set up simple ways to update text, photos, and offers, and we walk you through them at launch. If you would rather hand edits to us, every Web Hosting + plan includes 1 to 6 revisions, changes, or updates a month, depending on your package.

Is local SEO included with every website?

Yes. Every package includes the local SEO groundwork: clean page structure, local business markup, fast load times, and a sitemap. Ongoing SEO work is a separate plan at $100 a month.

Does WebsiteTek set up a Google Business Profile?

Yes, with the Professional, Enterprise, and Custom Build packages: your Google Business Profile is fully set up and verified for you. Keeping it optimized afterward is part of the $100-a-month SEO plan.

Does WebsiteTek build online stores?

Yes. We build online stores on Shopify or fully custom, from the product page to the checkout. Most product businesses fit Shopify, which handles payments, inventory, and taxes; a custom build is for stores that need something Shopify cannot do. Stores are quoted per project.

Can WebsiteTek fix or redesign a website I already have?

Yes. We review your current site first and tell you honestly whether a targeted fix or a redesign is the better investment. For a redesign we can rebuild or migrate a site from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or custom code.

Does WebsiteTek build websites in Spanish?

Yes. We build sites with a proper language switch and professionally translated pages, not machine output, so both versions read naturally. A Spanish version is priced per page and quoted with your project.

Does WebsiteTek register domain names?

Yes. We register the domain for your business and tell you the exact yearly price, including the renewal price, before anything is registered. On Web Hosting +, a new .com, .net, .org, or .biz domain is free for the first year, and we keep track of the renewal date.

Does WebsiteTek design logos?

Yes, as an add-on. A logo and brand refresh gives you a clean logo, color, and type system that carries across print and web. It is quoted per project.

Is accessibility included in the price?

Yes, on one condition: you sign our accessibility agreement before the build begins. With it signed, every package includes building your site to the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard at no extra charge: readable contrast, keyboard access, screen-reader-friendly structure, labeled forms, and a published accessibility statement. Without your signature, the site is not built to WCAG standards.

How long has WebsiteTek been in business?

WebsiteTek opened in September 2026. The experience behind it is older: its founder, Michael Bix, has been designing and building websites since 2003.

Where can I read reviews of WebsiteTek?

On Google. WebsiteTek collects its customer reviews on its Google Business Profile, where every review comes from a real client and anyone can read them or leave one. A few of them are on our home page, and the live client websites on our completed work page show the work itself.

What is a virtual web design agency?

A virtual web design agency works without a physical office. WebsiteTek is based in Miami and works with clients over calls, video, email, and screen shares, and meets in person locally when it helps. Running without office rent and account managers is how the prices stay low.

What areas does WebsiteTek serve?

WebsiteTek serves businesses in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties and across the United States. Most clients are in South Florida, and projects elsewhere run the same way.

How do I contact WebsiteTek or get a quote?

Call or text 305.937.7300, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or send the quote form on the contact page. You get a recommendation and a fixed written quote within one business day.

Does WebsiteTek pay for referrals?

Yes. Create a free partner account and send us a business that needs a website. If they become a client, your reward is paid 14 days after the client pays for the website in full, by Zelle, check, or credit toward your own project. You see the reward for every package as soon as you sign in.
