Web design in Eatonville.

Eatonville, just north of Orlando, was incorporated in 1887 as one of the first self-governing Black towns in the United States. Its businesses carry that history and serve customers across Maitland, Winter Park and north Orlando.

Doing business in Eatonville

A historic town with neighbors on every side

Eatonville grew from land bought in 1881 with help from Lewis Lawrence and Captain Josiah Eaton, whose name the town took. Black families who had come to work in the citrus groves built their own community and, in 1887, their own government. The Robert Hungerford school, founded in 1897, trained generations of students before it closed in 2010. Today the town is small and mostly residential, with Maitland, Winter Park and Altamonte Springs close by.

I-4 runs right through Eatonville, but there is no exit in town, so customers arrive by the exits at SR 414 and SR 423 or by local roads. A business here needs a site that gives directions plainly, shows its hours and makes calling easy. It can also tell its story, and for many owners the town's history is part of that story. We work with Eatonville owners by phone, video call and email.

Questions

Questions from Eatonville business owners.

Should an Eatonville business tell the town's history on its site?

If it is part of your story, yes. A short, accurate About page that connects your business to Eatonville's past can mean a lot to customers. We write it from your notes, keep the facts right, and leave the selling to your service pages. You read and sign off on the text before it is published.

I-4 runs through Eatonville with no exit. How do we help customers find us?

Give clear directions. We add a map, the nearest exits, the main roads that lead to you, parking details and a tap-to-call button near the top of the page. Your Google Business Profile should match, so drivers using phone navigation arrive at your door instead of circling on the highway.

Can we work together without ever meeting face to face?

Yes, that is our normal way. We are a virtual agency in Miami, so we meet on video or by phone, collect your photos by email, and send drafts as a private link you can open on any device. Nothing goes live until you are happy with it.
